Hi, I moved to Muirkirk in 2004. From August of that year I started walking most every night at 7 o'clock, with my dog Lady, my neighbour Tam and his dog Ziggy also his friend Jimmy. We walk through around above and below the village. we can be out for 1hr to 2hrs depending on the weather, the route we take and if Jimmy wants to see Coronation street! In the last three years while walking around Muirkirk I have been taking pictures of the places that I find interesting and people that we meet. I would like to share them with you and I hope you enjoy the beautiful views of this some times forgotten part of Ayrshire.
